Numbers to note |
1:845 With an estimated 10.31 lakh available allopathic doctors (as on Dec 31, 2020) and 5.65 lakh AYUSH doctors, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare estimates that there is a doctor for every 845 persons in the country, the government informed Rajya Sabha today.
